Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping within Australia is at a flat rate of $7.50 for Metro Areas and $16.50 for Remote/Rural. To check which option you need to choose at checkout, click here for a list of post codes.

All TORMONZ Collective items are shipped via Sendle.

What we love most about Sendle is that they provide shipping that is good for the world. Did you know that they are Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service! Not only do they ship sustainably but they enable us to provide affordable shipping for TORMONZ Collective customers.

Your items will be processed within 5 business days from placement of order.

Delivery times - while we do our best to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, TORMONZ Collective is not responsible for delays caused by our carrier. All packages are fully tracked and can be viewed via the Sendle website:

Return & Exchange Policy

TORMONZ Collective is confident you will love all of your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you need to do is return it within 14 days and we will provide you with an online store credit. 

When returning your item it must not have been worn and must still be in its original condition with tags still in tact and attached to the clothing. Sale items are not eligible for return. Your items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or have any trace of make-up/cosmetics. Your items must also not have any trace of cigarette smoke.


if the item you have received is faulty or incorrect (not the same as ordered), please contact us by sending an email to with your order number included. Faulty Items must be Faulty by Manufacture for example, faulty zippers, open seams, discolouration. We will not accept "faulty items" that are returned with stains or that have been worn. 

Please note that return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer and not TORMONZ Collective. A return address will be provided via email upon receipt of enquiry.

All items from TORMONZ Collective must follow the care instructions outlined on the clothing labels. TORMONZ Collective is not responsible for any damage caused by customers not following care instructions.
